Small Powers was an idea I had that just sort of petered out. The notion was that certain people, for no reason at all, started to have small paranormal powers. One notion I had was that in the comics, esp. in Superman, superpowers tend to grow and grow. Why not stick with a premise to just have a few (or one), highly limited powers, and see what comes of that? Sort of like Mystery Men meets Heroes (NBC). Maybe I will come back to it some time.
